5.It is recommended not to exceed 60℃ when drinking water to avoid scalding;

Products can be returned within 15 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity.
