  • Although our cups are vacuum insulated, we advise caution when using hot drinks. We recommend not exceeding 70 degrees Celsius, especially for the lid, as it may not provide insulation. Please avoid tilting or turning the cup upside down when using hot water to prevent leakage and scalding.

General Policy

Products can be returned within 15 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity. 

We reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
